(Retainers Are Non-Refundable) – All customer are non-refundable retainer of 40% of the total order is required to hold your event date no later than 2 days after receiving the retainer invoice. For customers desiring to pay by Check, “FULL PAYMENT” is required within 5 day of receipt of the invoice and confirmation for the event date is not guaranteed until the payment method has cleared our financial institution.
Changing Your Order / Delivery Or Cancellations
Changing your order
We need 48 hours notice to bake and deliver your order. We also need 48 hours notice for any changes to, or cancellation of your order. You are able to change or cancel an order without charge or penalty at any time prior to 48 hours before delivery. No changes or cancellations will be accepted after these cut off times.
You must pay for products (including any delivery fees and taxes) which you have ordered,even if you cancel or change orders after these cut off times.
Once a dessert has been picked up by customer and/or a designated party it is considered “Accepted”. All desserts are the responsibility of the customer once possession is taken and Refunds/Discounts due to size, decorating style, color shade or general decoration design will not be honored.
If at time of delivery/pick up the dessert does not meet your expectations and you do not accept the dessert, Artistic Cake Designs will refund the order amount minus a 25% handling/cancellation fee.
Cancellation requests made on orders before the event date and final payment has been made, the deposit on the order is non-refundable. On orders where full payment was received as a deposit and production has not begun, a refund of 50% of the order amount will be made to customer within 10 days of notice of cancellation by Cash, Credit Card, PayPal credit or others types of payment. On orders where full payment was received as a deposit and production has begun, the customer will receive a refund, less the cost of all supplies already purchased, expenses incurred, and the deposit for the date.
Collect of your personal information / Becoming a customer
We will use your personal information for the purpose for which it is submitted, such as to reply to your emails, handle your complaints, and process billing and business requests. In order to become a customer with Kanelle, you must:
- be aged 18 or older
- provide a home delivery address / not a P.O Box
- provide a current delivery address that is located within one of our delivery areas, or otherwise pick up your order
You will be advised if your delivery address falls outside one of our delivery areas. We will try our hardest to ensure that we can arrange something for you so please contact us.

It can happen du seasonal/high season or any other case you be subject of an item unavailable. A full refund will be processed or the option to choose another product.
